- I finished reading Mutation by Roland Smith (Marty & Grace #4). Enjoyed it! Did not enjoy the little bits of het romance pushed in at the end, but it does make me want to write fic for my ship instead...
- Ficwise, I've been reading a lot of VegasPete and JunDylan. Currently I'm reading a long JunDylan fic that's very sweet and soft and it's making a rough week a little more bearable.
- The roommate and I finished Peaceful Property. Such a good show!! Sad and heartfelt and wonderful. I ended up not really being bothered by it being more of a bromance than a BL since they did keep referencing them (jokingly, but still) in couple-y ways and also TayNew's chemistry is just so good.
- The roommate and I started watching MuTeLuv. We've watched the first two and a half stories of the anthology. First one was super cute, love SeaKeen. Second one was bonkers but fun, and I really liked seeing Nani for the first time. Third story is... well, I wasn't expecting all the gross out humor tbh. Not sure if we'll finish it or skip to the next story.
- The roommate and I started watching Running Man Thailand. First episode was hilarious and so fun! I love Tay, Daou, and Jeff even more now lol
- The roommate, best friend, and I watched the latest episode of Cat for Cash. Cute, nothing much else to say.
- The roommate, best friend, and I watched the latest episode of Duang With You. The TeeteePor dynamic is great, I'm loving them together.
- The roommate, best friend, and I watched the last episode of Dare You to Death. Oh man, it was not very good lmao JoongDunk and unhinged!Sing were great, but wow, the show suffered a lot from bad directing and underfunding.
- The roommate, best friend, and I watched the latest episode of Yesterday. Some interesting things coming into play with other characters! And some interesting glimpses into Vier and VierKelvin's past.
- The roommate, best friend, and I watched the latest episode of My Romance Scammer. JuniorMark and OhmPoon are both so good and I love how the two relationships are developing so differently.
- The roommate, best friend, and I watched the first episode of Only Friends: Dream On. Good so far, looks like there will be lots of fun drama! Worst part of the episode was Mix making eye contact with the camera during the sex scene, was not expecting how uncomfy that would be XD
- The roommate, best friend, and I watched more of My School President. Having fun! And also a little sad, because WinnySatang announced their breakup this week, and then we got to the first episode where Satang shows up :(
- The No Way by LYKN fixation continues...
- Wrote a couple thousand words on the ArmTae fic I started last week. I think it's going to end up much longer than I originally thought lol But I'm enjoying working on it!
- Wrote some song lyrics.

Okay, maybe I could count the complete video of Wu Lei's birthday livestream (from his birthday in December) which I found on youtube? It's about an hour long, and I watched that a few times until I understood at least some very small parts of it. Yay? That took up a lot of time, too, lol. eowuli on twitter promised to sub it, but I haven't seen a subbed version of it yet. The raw is here on youtube.
TV new (ongoing)
I'll count Saint Pierre here. The second season has started, and I have now watched one episode. I had forgotten how much getting used to Arch's French accent takes. I had no trouble with it (loved it, in fact) by the end of season 1, and I'm surprised that I'm apparently starting from scratch again now. I don't know why I missed the show so much, but I did, and I'm happy to have it back. The first ep took me right back into the town and the characters. I'm looking forward to the season.
TV continued
The Company (16/30), the time-traveling cdrama. I watched eight episodes of that this month. Still enjoying the BL vibes, wondering if they really put them in there intentionally or if I'm just wearing slash goggles. Peak time travel shenanigans in ep 10, then they set logical boundaries, and then immediately broke them again, lol. :D They are adorable. I'm definitely enjoying the show more than I thought I would, even though I expected more time machine shenanigans in the latest plotline, but my guess as to what had happened was completely wrong, lol. :D Overall, now that I'm about halfway through: I find some of the show a bit preachy, but not overly so. It hasn't turned me off yet. Most of it is just fun, and I find it surprisingly engaging! It's on viki.
I watched four more episodes of The Cross-Dressed Union, now on 22/24. It really is a fun watch, and even the grasslands sidequest was kind of satisfyingly resolved and integrated into the rest of the plot. I was surprised. Sadly, I then lost track of it, I really should just finish it, there's not much left. I definitely rec it. It's on youtube.
Three eps of Bridgerton Season 4! Watchalonging this, and we're all caught up now for the second part of the season. I loved the Queen in ep2! I didn't expect them to make her this obvious. Her reaction to Agatha's announcement in ep1 was pretty obvious to me, but seeing it play out like that was *chef's kiss* and made me cry. For some reason, I'm not really invested in Violet's storyline anymore this season? I liked it better last season. But her line in ep4 was hilarious, I was laughing so hard I couldn't breathe. :D My favorite character continues to be Penelope. <3 Sophie is starting to grow on me, too. The cliffhanger after ep4 is painful, but I thought it was quite logical. I have no complaints, really.
Two eps of Our Times (05/38), the 90s retro "IT students go professional" cdrama with Wu Lei and Hou Minghao. I still just find Wu Lei and Hou Minghao in (ugly!) period dress and hairstyle very very adorable. The bromance vibes are through the roof. So far, all lead characters are being trodden on repeatedly, to really firmly establish their underdog status. I'm sure that'll change throughout the show, but for now, this is exactly my thing. The embarrassment squick is relatively strong so far, but I made it through and am confident I will continue to do so. (I now have an active icon for it. That escalated quickly. :D). It's on wetv and youtube.

The Nothing But You watchalong is now on ep 20. \o/ Enjoying the hell out of this watchalong.
Bridgerton season 4 hasn't gripped me. I'm not sure if it's because I'm not watching it on my own, or if it's the show itself. Who knows. We do both enjoy it, though.
The When A Snail Falls in Love watchalong is now done! \o/ The last episode was actually a little better than I'd feared. I don't regret watching it. We have now also started Nothing But You, I can never watch that too many times. <3

- I finished Chupacabra by Roland Smith (Marty & Grace #3). I like this one a lot, though I do wish there was more of the actual chupacabra lol
- I picked back up and finished Dolphin Watch by John Vornholt (Dinotopia Digest Novels #15). I found one of the characters pretty annoying for much of the book, but I did enjoy it a lot. The ocean setting was really interesting, since it doesn't come up a whole lot in other Dinotopia stuff except in relation to the dolphins!
- I started reading Mutation by Roland Smith (Marty & Grace #4). I don't remember much of this one, but it's fun!
- Ficwise, I've mostly been reading VegasPete. Lots of omegaverse for some reason, guess that's just what I'm in the mood for.
- The roommate and I finished Lover Merman. What a terrible show lol We watched the first six episodes pretty close together and then took a break to watch our weeklies, and I don't know if it was that break to watch actually good shows or what, but the last two episodes were absolute garbage. I agree with some ppl I've seen online saying the show should have been about Ping, that would have been a much more interesting and engaging story.
- The roommate and I watched Still 2gether, the sequel to 2gether. It wasn't great, but it was better than the original show! At least we finally got to see Mike and Title kiss :)
- The roommate and I started watching Peaceful Property. Still surprised it's not an actual BL bc it's definitely got the vibes. But oh my god, how did no one tell me how sad it is?? Like, it's also so, so good, but damn.
- The roommate, best friend, and I watched the latest episode of Cat for Cash. I'm kind of feeling like this show has no real substance, but it is cute and FirstKhaotung are very sweet. Satang finally showed too, which was fun!
- The roommate, best friend, and I watched the latest episode of Duang With You. Cute and silly, and I'm really enjoying TeeteePor's dynamic. But wow, what a tone shift for NorthOtto! Very interested to see what's happening there.
- The roommate, best friend, and I watched the latest episode of Dare You to Death. Prevailing theory wins out! Not mad about it, though I am interested to see more of how it shakes out. Funniest part is that the cops really did not solve shit lol

- The roommate, best friend, and I finished Kidnap. The best friend seemed to like it, which I was very happy about bc it's one of my favorites! I ended up going through the entire tag on tumblr, then the entire OhmLeng tag as well. Once again so sad about them :(
- The roommate, best friend, and I started watching My School President. Rewatch for the roommate and I, but this was the only way we could get the best friend to watch it bc she's not really into school dramas.
- Finished up everything I had recorded for the Olympics except for the closing ceremonies. Women's figure skating was excellent.
- The roommate and I watched Man Suang. Interesting movie! Can't say I really liked it, but interesting even though I didn't know anything about the time period and politics happening. I had been under the impression there was at least some romance, I guess just bc Mile and Apo are in it, but there's really not lol
- I've been slightly obsessively been listening to No Way by LYKN. I liked it alright the first time I listened, but I think it's become one of my favorites of theirs now!
- I finished writing an OhmLeng fic that I'd started after the first time we watched Kidnap, since I'm freshly in my OhmLeng feels again. It's kind of wildly self indulgent in a very nothing-actually-happens way, but I'm happy with it!
- I started writing an ArmTae omegaverse mpreg fic bc I've been reading a bunch of KinnPorsche omegaverse mpreg lol Will anyone but me be interested in it? Unlikely, but oh well.
- Read an interesting article about body image and disordered eating in figure skating.
